Description A Customer Service Associate is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products, services, loss prevention, etc. Requirements Essential functions Help and assist customers in finding merchandise and providing information Greet and talk politely with customers Comply with Loss Prevention guidelines Gain and maintain knowledge of merchandise Operate tools and equipment safely Comply with supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude Function as a team member and get along with others Adhere to daily work schedule Work in a fast-paced environment Perform other duties as needed or assigned Knowledge, skills and abilities Sales skills Verbal and written communication skills Phone etiquette Customer service Positive attitude Friendly and approachable Calm in stressful situations Self-motivated Multi-tasking Observant Attention to detail Physical Requirements Grasping, bending, twisting, squatting, Move, lift (minimum height of 4' on a regular basis), and carry a minimum of 50lbs Walk, stand, climb ladders, be on feet entire shift Push/pull a heavy loaded pallet with manual pallet jack Push/pull a loaded stock cart Operate heavy equipment; Baler, etc. (will train) Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in Loss Prevention, Security and/or Customer Service preferred Age requirement Minimum age 18 Additional Navajo Speaking preferred I acknowledge that the position I am applying for requires me to complete all job-required training and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
