Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an administrator, you will carry out general administration duties for the Feedmill’s, in conjunction with the Finance Team in an administrative capacity. You will also carry out checks and some general administration duties for all three Feed Mills, which are Tram Inn, Banbury and Westbury Mills

WHAT WILL YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A FEEDMILL ADMINISTRATOR?

  • Verify Feed & Raw Material postings in MTECH for all three Mills.
  • Carry out daily invoice preparation for Westbury and Banbury Mills.
  • Reconciliation of Purchase Orders for Westbury and Banbury Mills.
  • Reconciliation and Update production in MTECH for Westbury and Banbury Mill and occasionally check for Tram.
  • Ordering of Broiler Breeder Feed in MTECH and sending orders to Third Party Suppliers
  • Movement of the above deliveries in MTECH
  • Sales Invoice check for correct Cost Centre
  • Check Stock Movement Reports
  • Sales & Purchase Invoice of Returns Self Bill
  • Internal Invoicing of Sales Orders for both FFL & FNL
  • Invoicing of Wheat blown
  • Invoice Owner Driver Diesel Useage
  • Order Office Supplies, Order Engineering Supplies
  • Raising Capital Orders
  • Order Diesel White & Red and update Cameron Forecourt
  • Administrate the Feed Mill Maximo System
  • Receipting of goods ordered/received in Oracle. Closing off orders when complete
  • Cycle Counting
  • Hauliers Weekend Orders
