Fee Analyst Sydney CBD (Market Street location) $32.66 per hour + super Guaranteed full-time hours each week (Monday–Friday 9-5) ASAP starts 3 months casual contract initially with high chance of extension / permanent thereafter We're looking for advanced excel experts with an ability to move quick to move through existing backlog. About the Role You’ll be joining a leading financial-technology organisation that specialises in delivering modern, scalable advice and investment platform solutions. They combine digital engagement, stockbroking tools and wealth-management platforms to enable financial advice firms to serve their clients more efficiently and at scale. Role & Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile fee payments to dealer groups Clear backlogs of fee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness Perform manual Excel-based calculations and quality assurance checks Load bank files and process payments Generate invoices and receipts for stakeholders Provide ad-hoc administrative support when needed What We Want From You Advanced Excel skills (must have solid knowledge of Macros, V-Lookup, formulas) Ability to pick up tasks quickly, with minimal supervision Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy A proactive attitude; willingness to jump in and learn from day one Excellent communication both written and verbal If this sounds like you, we’d love to see your application – accuracy, speed, and adaptability will get you far in this role!
