Victoria University (VU) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fees Officer, Student Financials and Scholarships to support the accurate administration of student fees and a wide range of scholarships across our dual-sector environment (Higher Education and TAFE). This role plays a vital part in ensuring compliance, improving processes, and delivering a high-quality experience for our students.

The Fees Officer plays a central role in the administration of student fee assessments, financial records, and scholarship support. You will work across student systems to ensure the accurate calculation and communication of fees, compliance with policy and legislation, and the provision of high-quality support to students and staff.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams including Student Services, Colleges, and Central Finance, and contribute to continuous improvement projects and process enhancements aligned with VU’s values.
The position is currently located at the Footscray Park Campus of the University however will be required to attend all university campuses as required. The position and incumbent may be relocated to any other existing or future University work locations where it conducts its operations
