2 x Permanent/Continuing, Full Time Appointments Level 5: $84,002 - $94,998 plus 17% superannuation About the Role The University of Wollongong is seeking a motivated and detail‑focused Fees and Scholarships Officer to support the accurate administration of student fees, scholarships, sponsorships, and grants. In this role, you will ensure compliance with HESA and ESOS requirements, manage complex financial matters such as refunds, appeals, and loan setups, and oversee the full lifecycle of scholarship and funding programs. You will provide informed advice to students and staff, resolve escalated enquiries, and maintain accurate resources and web content. The position also contributes to data integrity, audit processes, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery across the Student Services Division. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring relevant experience or qualifications, strong organisational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be confident interpreting policies and regulatory frameworks, engaging effectively with stakeholders, and working collaboratively within a small, dynamic team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems are essential. This position is campus‑based and may require occasional work outside standard hours, with leave restrictions during peak periods.
