The Fellow/Administrative Resident provides support to the organization through the completion of assigned duites/responsibilities and projects. Under direction of the assigned A-Team member/mentor the Administrative Resident will collect, synthesize and analyze data from various sources to make recommendations and take action related to a specified area(s) of the business. Projects will be assigned with the intent of the fellow/resident developing their knowledge, skills and experience related to different areas of hospital administration in order to test and apply theory into practical work situations.
