This is a 40 hour per week post. There is no on-call commitment. The timetable will vary week to week and will include the following: Initially supervised and then independent attendance in symptomatic new patient referral clinics Supervised attendance at MDTs, results and reconstruction clinics, and operating lists. Including preparation and case presentation.
Peri-operative care and operating lists with appropriate supervision including a wide range of breast procedures and lists with all members of the team. Opportunities to attend specialist clinics eg genetics clinics, screening assessment clinics. There is scope to progress to independent practice with remote supervision dependent on appropriate competencies
