Description

Directs multiple cross-functional development teams; leads business unit effectively; provides input to functional directors on team and team member performance. Defines and directs the new product development; identifies, communicates, and manages business unit technical risk. Directs and trains key project management processes; develops and implements business unit plan; builds team ownership and commitment to project and business plans. Sponsors professional development of project/program managers. Actively leads and reviews SDP, policy, and practice improvements to drive functional excellence; influences cross-functional and cross-divisional systems effectiveness. Responsible for department-level communications, liaison between the business unit and the PIB; participates in phase and business reviews; reviews IBPs; defines and tracks key business unit metrics. Actively influences cross-functional collaboration. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable: Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy. Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System. Bachelor or Licenciature degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Field Related Experience: At least 10 years Experience in the Medical Device Industry Desire English level C1+ 90-99% Project Manager Experience is a Plus Please submit Resume in English
