We are looking for a Female Admin cum Account Assistant. Ideally someone from an accounting background with 1-2 years of experience in managing finance function, maintaining proper books of accounts, vendor reconciliation.The role will also be looking into front desk, taking phone calls, office management, record keeping.Reviewing, sorting, and responding to emails and distributing to appropriate recipients
* Maintaining file system both in hard and soft copies
* Assist colleagues about their queries and requests. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook .
* Good time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location : - Arjan- Dubai
Salary Aed. 2500 upto 3000.
