Job Description:
We are seeking 5 experienced Female Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide corporate advisory services, manage business setups, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on business setup, company formation, and corporate restructuring
* Manage the end-to-end process for setting up mainland, free zone, and offshore entities
* Stay updated on UAE laws, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, UBO reporting, and Economic Substance Reporting (ESR)
* Maintain and update client information in the CRM system
* Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service
* Draft and review corporate legal documents, including resolutions, attestations, and legalizations
* Coordinate with government departments, free zones, and banks to ensure smooth operations
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage
* Dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills
* Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
