JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an Admin/ Document Controller to prepare, manage and file documents for our projects. Your main responsibilities include typing contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors. Be detail oriented and a team player.
Ultimately, you’ll support our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors’ degree in project management, business or similar.
  • Proven work experience as an Admin/Document Controller or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law pertaining to documents.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Data organization skills and attention to detail
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
  • Work well with the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
  • Support bookkeeping and Sales targets for the company.
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data.
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
  • Copy, scan and store documents (Physical and Digital records)
  • Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
  • Review and update technical documents
  • Create document templates for future use
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization effectively
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
