We are a fast-growing tech startup building a Mobile App. We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Female Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of proven administrative or operations experience.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to use dashboards, CRMs, and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Positive, workaholic attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE and legally eligible to work.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. She will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating vendors, and managing our app dashboard. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the app dashboard to monitor and assign vendors to customer orders.
  • Communicate with vendors via phone, email, and CRM tools to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting management.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and data in systems and CRMs.
  • Draft and respond to professional emails with strong written communication.
  • Assist with internal operations and support management in day-to-day business needs.
  • Use Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) efficiently.
  • Help improve internal processes and support growth initiatives.
