Female Arabic Clinic Operations Manager

Description: Dr. Nasma Salah Medical Centre is seeking a Female Arabic-speaking Clinic Operations Manager with prior experience managing operations in an aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination among staff and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction. Responsibilities: You will supervise and manage the following team members: - Marketer: Oversee marketing campaigns and strategies. - Content Creator: Approve and ensure engaging and clinic-aligned content creation. - Call Centre Agent & Supervisor: Monitor appointment booking, patient inquiries, and customer service standards. - Female Receptionist: Ensure efficient front-desk operations and client interactions. - Female DHA Registered Nurse (with aesthetic and laser experience): Oversee quality care provided during laser and aesthetic procedures. - Female DHA Registered Beauty Therapist: Ensure adherence to best practices in beauty and skincare treatments. Key Duties: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve clinic efficiency. - Monitor staff performance, ensure compliance with DHA regulations, and maintain patient satisfaction. - Handle resource allocation, scheduling, and clinic logistics. - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to drive patient engagement and clinic growth. - Analyze operational data to suggest improvements and ensure KPIs are met. - Coordinate with the medical director to align operational goals with the clinic’s mission and vision. Requirements: - Native Arabic speaker (mandatory). - Proven experience managing an aesthetic clinic or related field in Dubai. - Knowledge of DHA regulations and compliance requirements. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team. - Ability to analyze and improve operational workflows. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and laser technologies. - Hands-on experience with patient relationship management systems (PRMs).
