Position: Assistant Coach/Head Coach
Reports To: Technical Director
Pay Grade: Based on Qualifications

Level: Part Time
Position Summary: Power FC is currently seeking a female assistant coach/head coach, who will be working alongside the club’s technical director, developing and overseeing the implementation of the clubs game model while also maximizing the experience for players and club members.

• Learn to Train (C License Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years coaching experience
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Learn/understand and execute the Power FC identity, game model and principles.
• Coordinating with the Head Coach in planning 2-3 x/week training sessions.
• Manage team on match days.
• Constant communication with Technical and Academy Director.
• Ability to design and implement training sessions based on the 5 functions of the game.
• Provide direction and mentorship to the desired age group.
• Create and document all session plans using provided software.
• Show high level of communication skills with players/parents.
• Support all club programs and initiatives.
• Attend all club provided coach education days: Classroom and Field.
• Attend all meetings with Technical Director and other coaches.
• Provide player feedback.
