Job Title: Banquet & Event Coordinator (Female)
Location: Dubai, UAE

REQUIREMENTS

  • Female candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in event coordination, banquet management, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management tools is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance and high level of presentation.

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and post-event reports.
  • Maintain accurate event records and update the events calendar.
  • Track budgets, costs, and profitability for each event.
