Description

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and service. This role requires strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean, well-organized, and efficient bar environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end or fine dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wine, and spirits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • High standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle bar equipment.
  • Comfortable working late hours, weekends, and holidays.

    Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and guest preferences.
  • Provide excellent guest service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
  • Manage bar stock, including requisitioning, restocking, and rotating supplies.
  • Handle payments accurately and operate POS systems.
  • Upsell beverages and promote signature cocktails to maximize revenue.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner and escalate when necessary.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Follow company standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.
