Rebound Care and Support are seeking to recruit flexible experienced female brain injury buddy support workers to support our client. Our client is 26 years old female who lives in her own property.
Our client lives in Totton, Southampton and you will be working on 1:1 basis. The role will focus on providing personalised support to enhance her independence, daily structure, respecting boundaries, wellbeing and community engagement.
Due to the client needs we are seeking for females only, who can drive and have access to their own vehicle, as our client enjoys access to the community.

EXPERIENCE

• We are looking for supportive, patient and committed team members to provide the care during the day and evening. The Ideal candidates will need to have experience in working with BI clients, challenging behaviour, attention to detail and have a can-do attitude.

• Following personalised support plans and risk assessments
• Assist individuals in accessing community to improve their quality of life.
• Support individuals in setting and achieving their personal goals.
• Provide guidance and support to the client , ensuring best practices and a person-centered approach.
• Assist with medication management and help service users attend health appointments.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all support provided, maintaining professional and respectful documentation.
