Libertatem Healthcare Group is hiring a Female Brain Injury Support Worker / Care Assistant to join a 2:1 complex care team in Crewe. This is a night shift, weekend-based role, supporting a young, sociable woman living with a brain injury.
She enjoys day trips, nature, and staying active — perfect for someone who values engaging, community-focused care.
Shift Pattern:
Day shifts 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Night shifts 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing personal care and mobility support
Delivering tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and oxygen therapy
Monitoring and managing seizures
Supporting daily routines and night-time care
Promoting independence and community engagement
✅ What You’ll Need:
Experience supporting individuals with brain injuries or complex needs
Desirable: Experience with PEG feeding (pump or gravity), tracheostomy care, and seizure support
A compassionate, dependable approach to person-centred care
A Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to the client’s location and needs)
