What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on UAE business setup, corporate structuring, and restructuring for mainland, free zone, and offshore entities.
• Oversee the entire company formation process — from initial consultation to successful registration.
• Stay up-to-date on UAE corporate laws, including AML regulations, compliance standards, UBO, and ESR requirements.
• Manage and update client records in the CRM system accurately.
• Prepare, review, and process corporate legal documents — including resolutions, director/shareholder changes, attestations, legalizations, certificates, and bank account opening.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and banking institutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a corporate services provider or similar role.
• Strong business sense and the ability to work towards targets.
• Excellent English (spoken & written); Hindi is a plus.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and confident working independently.
• Passionate about client relationship building in a multicultural environment.
• Preference for candidates on a Husband Visa.
