CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently looking for a female Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This position is ideal for ambitious recent graduates or mid-level professionals who are passionate about relationship management and eager to grow in strategic sales and key account handling. The right candidate will be instrumental in driving business expansion by managing key client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive retention and long-term engagement.
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Actively generate new business through referrals, field visits, and networking.
  • Present and promote company products/services to key decision-makers in a consultative and professional manner.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Keep accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
