Description

We are looking for a Female Business Development Executive for our Dubai office. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. This position is perfect for someone with B2B sales experience, an eagerness to learn, and a knack for building connections worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the B2B sector in particular airlines, jewelry, universities, governments, oil & gas.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Present our products/services to potential clients and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure client needs are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidates with own visa will be preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills- your ability to connect with people with confidence and convey ideas effectively will be the most important quality we consider.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
