Modern Aestheticss is a leading aesthetics clinic dedicated to providing the highest level of care, comfort, and satisfaction to our clients. Our services range from cosmetic treatments to non-surgical beauty enhancements, and we strive to help our clients look and feel their best. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team and help deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferably in the aesthetics industry).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with empathy and tact.
  • Basic computer skills (experience with CRM or booking software is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in [English]

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in the aesthetics or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic treatments and services.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about services offered at the clinic, pricing, and special promotions.
  • Schedule appointments for consultations, treatments, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
  • Address client concerns, complaints, and requests efficiently and empathetically.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Handle payment inquiries and assist with the payment process when needed.
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on the clinic’s services, treatments, and policies to provide accurate information.
