Our Registered Manager, Charlotte, was a paramedic for 20 years before founding Willows Home Care in 2016, driven by a passion to provide the kind of care she’d want for her own family. Unlike some of the larger care providers, we take a personal approach, ensuring both our clients and carers feel truly valued and supported.
As we are a small, privately-run care company, you’re never just a number — you’re a valued member of a close-knit, supportive team where your work is genuinely appreciated.
Location: Penwortham & Preston Area
Shifts: Part-Time (25-30 hours) – Set weekdays + alternate weekends. You’ll see the same clients each shift, so you’ll build strong connections. Shift to be arranged following successful interview.
REQUIREMENTS:
⭐A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others
⭐A valid driver’s license & access to a reliable vehicle (as this is a community-based role)
⭐Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

⭐Flexibility to work various shifts
⭐Must be eligible to work in the UK (we are unable to offer Health and Care Worker Visas)
⭐Previous care experience is preferred but not required – full training is provided!
