Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing and changing colostomy bags.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist with mobility and transportation, including driving clients to appointments or social activities. You must have a full UK Manual Driving License.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, observations, and progress.
  • Support clients with behaviour management techniques when necessary.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
  • Assist with heavy lifting when required for client mobility.
