• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and office workspaces as required.
• Dispose of trash and sanitize bins according to established hygiene standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Deep cleaning tasks as per the schedule, including carpet shampooing, window cleaning, and upholstery cleaning.
• Handle specialized cleaning equipment like vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients.
• Address client requests courteously and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely, adhering to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other cleaners and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist in training new team members as required.
