• Training new and existing cleaners on proper cleaning techniques, customer communication, and company policies.
• Supervising daily cleaning teams to ensure quality standards.
• Preparing training manuals, checklists, and evaluation forms.
• Monitoring performance and providing feedback/coaching.
• Coordinating with management on staffing, schedules, and client requirements.
• Ensuring cleaners follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct onboarding, refresher sessions, and practical demonstrations.
• Monitor cleaners on-site to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Prepare reports on training progress and staff performance.
• Handle customer feedback related to cleaning quality.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in housekeeping/training.
• Good communication in English.
• Ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety.
• Accommodation & transportation provided.

  Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
