Creditcare Credit Management is seeking a female collection agent to work as a Financial Advisor. The candidate must have strong collection skills and be capable of managing customer debts through structured salary-based repayment plans. She will act as a financial guide, helping clients settle their debts responsibly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a debt collection agency
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of salary-based repayment systems
• Basic knowledge of UAE banking and credit systems
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to manage pressure and work towards deadlines
