We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in home care is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with care practices within a home care setting is advantageous although, all training is provided.
  • A caring attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

DUTIES

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication administration.
  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
  • Support individuals with mobility challenges.
  • Maintain a safe environment for service users.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in service users’ condition to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manual Handling to provide our service users the best quality of life possible
  • Good time management
  • The ability to work on your own or as part of a team
  • The ability to follow care plans
  • keep up to date to keep up to date with training
  • Be willing to register with Social Care Wales
  • Be willing to enrol on a QCF level 2 if required
  • Be able to communicate well with the management and senior team
