We are looking for passionate support workers to join the team to support through services and activities that are centered around client’s needs, interests, abilities, and choices/
Available to work through the week.

· Supporting clients in the range of daily living including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, laundry and etc.
· Accompanying participants on planned and chosen outings within the community and recreational activities.
· Resourcing and/or creating meaningful, exciting activities.
· Medication including administering, recording and ordering.
· Maintain progress notes, incident reports, daily records and all the necessary documents.
· Domestic tasks assistance including cleaning.
· Handling complex or challenging situations or behaviors calmly and rationally.
