The Opportunity
Duacare Support Solutions, a compassionate NDIS-registered provider, is urgently seeking female Disability Support Workers to join our team in Adelaide’s Western Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support (e.g., showering, dressing, hygiene assistance).
• Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Support community access, social activities, and transportation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Female support worker availability (for personal care needs).
• A valid NDIS Worker Check.
• A current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
• A current First Aid Certificate.
• A full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is highly regarded but not essential. We value a great attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.
