REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of professional home or commercial cleaning experience is essential.
  • English Fluent
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation to reach job sites across Leeds.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Must own basic cleaning products (e.g. sprays, cloths, mop, vacuum) or be willing to obtain them.
  • A smartphone with camera and WhatsApp installed.
  • Flexibility to work on weekdays and weekends as required.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, hallways, and utility spaces.
  • Follow detailed checklists to meet client expectations and uphold our brand’s standards.
  • Complete various types of cleans including regular home cleans, deep cleans, short-stay turnovers, and end-of-tenancy jobs.
  • Use cleaning products and basic equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues or property concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly attitude with all clients and represent the company positively at all times.
  • Work independently, managing each clean within the allocated timeframe.
  • Capture before-and-after photos of completed work for quality assurance.
