JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and professional Executive Secretary to provide top-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate is a smart, detail-oriented individual with a strong command of both English and Arabic, advanced technical skills, and a proactive attitude. This role is especially suited for a fresh graduate with 1 or 2-years’ experience, eager to grow and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) with excellent drafting and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
  • Solid understanding of project management and office administration concepts.
  • Highly presentable, professional, and detail oriented.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be smart, a hard worker, ambitious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and presentations in both English and Arabic.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items.
  • Manage and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
