We are a leading nursery group dedicated to providing a nurturing, stimulating, and high-quality early years learning environment. We are looking for a passionate and experienced EYFS Nursery Teacher to join our team of dedicated childcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Support children’s personal, social, emotional, language, physical, and cognitive development.
- Encourage learning through play, exploration, creativity, stories, songs, games, and hands-on experiences.
- Prepare and develop engaging teaching resources, visual aids, and learning materials.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.
- Observe, assess, and accurately record children’s learning and developmental progress.
- Support children in developing curiosity, confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, nursery nurses, and other team members to provide consistent and effective learning experiences.
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents and share appropriate updates regarding children’s development.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding at all times.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, events, and professional development opportunities.
- Keep up to date with EYFS developments, early years best practices, and relevant curriculum guidance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Attested Degree in Education, along with CACHE Level 3 or an equivalent early years qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a nursery or school following the EYFS curriculum.
- Previous nursery or school experience within the UAE is essential.
- Candidates who are SPEA-approved/eligible will be given priority during the selection process.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a caring, professional approach.
