We are hiring a Head Receptionist to manage client experience, bookings, and service upselling, while also handling our social media updates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage reception operations and client check-in/out
• Respond to WhatsApp & calls with sales-driven approach
• Update and post offers on social media
• Track client history and preferences
• Upsell services/packages

Requirements:

• 3–5 years front desk in salon/spa/hospitality
• Social media posting experience
• Proven sales record
