JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a good command of English, and the ability to follow care plans effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving travel between locations.
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to others.
