REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in care (experience with MND or complex care needs desirable)
• Knowledge of personal care, medication administration, continence care, and safe moving & handling
• Must be able to attend an induction at our Head Office in Loughton
• Must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
• Reliable, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

ABOUT THE ROLE

KASE Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to support one of our valued service users in the Bishop’s Stortford area. The individual is living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and requires a high standard of person-centred care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to someone’s daily quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personal care in a dignified and respectful manner
• Administer prescribed medication in line with care plans and company policy
• Deliver incontinence care, ensuring comfort and hygiene are maintained
• Assist with moving and handling, following safe practices and care plans (double-handed care, no lone working)
• Promote independence and wellbeing wherever possible
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the wider care team
