Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing a gym or fitness center, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively. Personal Attributes: Passion for fitness, wellness, and guest service. Initiative, problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset.
