Contract type; Fixed hours contracts (1 x16 hour plus 1 x 24 hours) + overtime if needed.

24 hours a week rolling rota. - The shifts are salaried for 12 hours. There is a 1 hr break between 11am-12pm. You have to choice to remain in the property as there is a staff room or, you can leave the property.

Role Requirements; We are looking to add to an existing team team of caring and compassionate healthcare assistants, additional team members to support a lady living independently in her own home. The role involves providing personal care, assisting with clinical tasks, and supporting with moving and handling as part of her care package.
The lady you will be supporting is in her mid-40s and lives with her small dog, so it’s essential that team members are comfortable around pets. She has a positive outlook, a great sense of humour, and values building strong relationships with her team. To provide the best support, we’re looking for individuals who can match her upbeat personality and share her sense of humour.
