POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Experienced Secondary Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties across the secondary, and primary markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales Proficiency: Ability to sell properties, meet sales targets, and close deals efficiently.
  • Networking: Ability to build relationships with clients, developers, other agents, and industry professionals.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Experience: 1-2 Years (REQUIRED).
  • Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) other languages are a plus.
  • Education: Must have at least a degree or high school diploma.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored property recommendations.
  • Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or renting process, from initial consultation to final transaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements in secondary, and primary real estate markets.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of each property type.
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to promote available properties.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales progress, and property listings.
  • Work with the legal team, finance department, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
