• Guest Needs Assessment: Determine guests’ dining preferences and seating requirements.
• Seating Management: Manage the seating chart and assign tables to guests.
• Restaurant Monitoring: Observe restaurant activity to ensure a smooth dining flow.
• Guest Inquiries: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Operational Duties: Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Assist fellow team members and other departments.
