Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and charismatic Hostess who speaks Ukrainian/Italian/Spanish/Russian/Romanian to join our team and provide an exceptional first impression to guests visiting Sobha Realty’s offices, sales galleries, and events. As the face of the company, the Hostess will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, positive, and efficient experience for all visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Reception: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. Direct guests to the appropriate areas and provide any relevant information they may require.
  • Event Assistance: Assist in organizing and managing events, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction during client meetings, property tours, and special events.
  • Customer Service: Answer phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries about Sobha Realty’s services, and assist visitors with any queries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain an organized reception area, ensure the visitor log is updated, and assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing meeting spaces.
  • Sales Gallery Support: Offer detailed information about available properties and services to potential clients, assisting in showcasing Sobha Realty’s offerings.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness and Presentation: Ensure the reception area, event spaces, and sales galleries are clean, orderly, and welcoming at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in German/Italian/Spanish/Russian is Mandatory.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or luxury retail industry.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and general office equipment.
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance that reflects the luxury brand standards of Sobha Realty.
