JOB DESCRIPTION: HOUSE MANAGER CUM PA

A House Manager cum PA is responsible for managing both the operations of a private residence and the personal and professional tasks of the employer. This dual role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a House Manager, PA, or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with office and scheduling tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • UAE driving license is a plus
Responsibilities

HOUSE MANAGEMENT DUTIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate domestic staff (housekeepers, drivers, gardeners, etc.)
  • Oversee daily household operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and security
  • Handle household budgeting, expenses, and bill payments
  • Manage inventory of household supplies and coordinate procurement
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs
  • Organize and supervise events or gatherings at the residence

PERSONAL ASSISTANT DUTIES:

  • Manage the employer’s calendar, appointments, and reminders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
  • Handle personal errands such as shopping, bookings, and reservations
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, or presentations as needed
  • Maintain confidential files and personal documents
  • Act as a liaison between the employer and business or personal contacts
