JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female HR Executive to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources within a healthcare setting and be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, with a focus on supporting the medical staff and healthcare operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee concerns professionally.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads for hiring decisions.
  • Ensure smooth employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in managing employee relations, addressing employee concerns, and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, including leave management, insurance, and other HR services.
  • Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital/clinic policies, including maintaining updated knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs, focusing on improving the skills and performance of hospital staff.
  • Support in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks related to HR operations.
  • Handle payroll administration in collaboration with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment for all staff members.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction through engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.
