Hermas Interiors LLC is seeking a talented and detail-oriented female Interior Designer / Interior Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a creative vision to deliver high-quality interior designs, ensuring full compliance with Dubai government regulations and major developers’ guidelines. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to oversee projects from concept to completion, meeting the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and safety.

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client needs.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories in line with design requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved plans.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, Trakhees, and major developer guidelines (Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas, etc.).
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
