Job Title: Female Karate Instructor ( Black Belt Holder)
Location:Dubai, U.A.E.
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract
Salary: 1800 AED

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a verified Black Belt in Karate (1st Dan or higher).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in Karate (formal or freelance).
  • Strong physical fitness and the ability to demonstrate techniques clearly.
  • Good command of English (knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
  • Patient, respectful, and culturally sensitive — especially in diverse student environments.
  • CPR or First Aid certification is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working with children and beginners.
  • Knowledge of other martial arts styles or fitness programs (optional).
  • Ability to assist in marketing or community outreach programs (optional).
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Contract length: 24 months
    Pay: AED1,800.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Lead Karate training sessions focusing on kihon, kata, kumite, and practical self-defense.
  • Develop structured class programs and lesson plans appropriate for kids, teens, or adults.
  • Teach proper techniques, posture, and form while promoting discipline and martial arts values.
  • Evaluate students’ performance and assist them in preparing for belt exams and competitions.
  • Maintain a respectful, safe, and engaging dojo or training space.
  • Demonstrate professional conduct and serve as a role model to all students.
  • Coordinate with management for class scheduling and student progress tracking.
  • Promote the overall growth of the martial arts program within the community.
