Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Female Landscape Maintenance Engineer to lead the day-to-day maintenance and improvement of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape management principles. This role involves supervising field crews, ensuring optimal plant health, and upholding aesthetic and environmental standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, native species, irrigation technologies, and sustainable landscaping practices.
  • Familiarity with landscaping equipment, tools, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); AutoCAD or GIS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and hardscape elements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify plant diseases, pests, and soil deficiencies.
  • Supervise installation, operation, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance checklists and daily task allocations.
  • Coordinate seasonal planting, pruning, mulching, and fertilization cycles.
  • Supervise and train landscape workers, gardeners, and ground crews.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Evaluate team performance and recommend upskilling or corrective measures.
