We are seeking a qualified and experienced female laser hair removal therapist to join and help run a busy, professional clinic in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. This role is female-only due to our clientele and requires an immediate start.
We’re looking for someone who can not only perform treatments, but also take ownership of the clinic’s day-to-day operations — keeping things running smoothly, managing appointments, and ensuring every client receives outstanding service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Female therapist (for female client treatments)
• Relevant laser hair removal qualifications and certifications
• Experience operating professional-grade laser machines
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage a clinic independently
• Positive, proactive, and confident with clients
• Reliable, punctual, and available to start immediately

• Perform professional laser hair removal treatments for female clients
• Manage daily appointment schedule using Timely
• Open/close the clinic and keep the space client-ready at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service and aftercare advice
• Keep stock organised and order supplies when needed
• Take initiative to solve problems and keep operations running efficiently
