AZCO Real Estate is hiring a Legal Advisor to oversee legal matters, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, contracts, and corporate matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate and corporate laws.
• Manage legal risks, disputes, and liaise with external counsel.
• Oversee legal aspects of property sales, leasing, and regulatory approvals.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of RERA, Dubai Land Department, and UAE contract law.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
