Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable FEMALE Live-in Carer to support an palliative elderly woman in her home for a short-term placement. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and experienced in providing personal care, bowel management and using cough assist.
Carer will have their own bedroom in the home for the stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Bowel management and cough assist
  • Support with safe medication administration
  • Prepare healthy and balanced meals
  • Carry out light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home environment
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Ensure the individual’s comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
