As a key member of our beauty and wellness establishment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nail care and facial services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of manicure and pedicure techniques, along with expertise in facial treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Nail Care:Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polishing.
Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques to offer clients a variety of services.
Provide personalized nail care recommendations based on clients’ preferences and needs.
Facial Treatments:Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine clients’ skin types and conditions.
Administer professional facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, and moisturizing.
Customize facial treatments to address specific skincare concerns and promote overall skin health.
Customer Service:Welcome clients warmly and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
Ensure a positive and memorable experience for each client, encouraging repeat business and positive reviews.
Hygiene and Sanitation:Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment after each use.
Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the products used in nail and facial treatments, providing clients with information and recommendations.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate home care products to maintain the results of their treatments.
Professional Development:Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and certifications.
Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a manicurist, pedicurist, and facial specialist.
• Valid state licensing for nail and facial services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality service.
